Oksana Tokmakova is the co-founder and President of ART LAB DCI Inc., with over 20 years of experience in cultural management and community-based education in Canada and Ukraine. She specializes in building creative programs, developing partnerships, and leading non-profit initiatives that support children, youth, newcomers, and multicultural communities.
Oksana is a visionary leader dedicated to making arts and education accessible to everyone. Under her guidance, ART LAB has grown into a vibrant cultural centre offering theatre, dance, vocal arts, language programs, youth leadership, and community events. Her work is driven by a belief that creativity can unite people, strengthen communities, and inspire positive change.
Munish Verma
Director of IT
Munish Verma, Director of IT at ART LAB DCI, brings over 20 years of experience
in UX/UI design, web development, and digital strategy. He has helped clients from around the world, especially in the U.S., Canada, India, and the U.K., create digital solutions that connect and inspire.
Under his leadership, ART LAB focuses on expanding its digital presence and community outreach through innovative, user-centered marketing initiatives. Passionate about meaningful design and community impact, Munish is committed to helping nonprofits and creative organizations grow their reach and share their stories through thoughtful, inclusive communication.
Denys Vasyliev
Marketing Director
Denys Vasyliev is the Marketing Director at ART LAB, where he leads marketing strategy, partnerships, and community outreach. With over 25 years of experience in business development and B2B sales across Canada and international markets, Denys focuses on building strong connections between creative projects, local communities, and partner organizations. He brings a practical, relationship-focused approach to marketing and is passionate about creating sustainable initiatives that support the community.
Nataliia Kornetska
Program Director
Nataliia Kornetska is co-founder and Program Director of ART LAB DCI Inc., bringing over 20 years of experience in stage and theatre direction, program coordination, and arts education. With a professional background in theatre and communications, she unites artistic vision with strategic leadership to create meaningful cultural experiences.
At ART LAB DCI, Nataliia leads creative program development, partnerships, and educational strategy, ensuring that each project reflects the organization’s commitment to creativity, cultural exchange, and social connection through the arts — to inspire, empower, and bring people together.
Diana Kochan
Art Director
Diana Kochan is the Art Director at ART LAB DCI Inc., where she brings creativity, passion, and vision to every project. With a strong background in early childhood education, performing arts, and event organization, she bridges artistic expression with meaningful community engagement. Diana has experience leading creative workshops, theatrical productions, and cultural events that inspire both children and adults. Her work focuses on nurturing imagination, collaboration, and inclusivity through the arts.
